Brand new hand constructed cornhole boards. All of our boards are competition spec and made to our own standard of quality. 100% original design. Boards built using either 3/4" Maple plywood or 3/4" Baltic birch for tops and select pine for frames.
- 45 degree chamfer on board face around perimeter of board and inside edge of 6" hole preventing separation of lamination and plys.
- Separately constructed board and frame attached with adhesive and deep well screws into back side of board so no screws go through the face of the board.
- One piece leg on hinges has 10 degree angle surfaced at the bottom of the leg.
- Leg folds just inside the bottom of frame and held in place with heavy duty hinges and magnets. - Edges of plywood all sanded and filled.
- EVERY surface spray coated with water based polyurethane.
These boards are sturdy and require minimal maintenance. Surface mount hinges prevent legs from wanting to roll backward during play. Playing surface has 3-5 coats of polyurethane sprayed for a smooth surface with no brush marks.
Boards purchased come with brand new bags and fitted heavy duty covers. We have several designs available to choose from. We also build custom boards on request.
