DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

We gladly accept custom requests. After the details are decided, we require full payment upfront before your item can be completed. Our standard turn-around time of 7-14 days from payment applies, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please contact us here to start a custom order.

 

HOW DO I INSTALL MY ORDER?

We highly recommend using screws with drywall anchors, or other heavy-duty wall appropriate hardware to hang your signs or functional home items. Please contact us with any questions if you aren't sure what to use, and we can do our best to assist you. 

 

WHEN & HOW WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

All orders are made to order. This means that your order will not be created until it has been submitted. Please note the shipping time frame listed in the description for each product. Most orders ship within 7-14 days from the time your order is received.

Our items ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on location of the recipient, and the size or weight of the item(s). Most of our larger items will ship through UPS Ground. Please be advised that we cannot ship larger items to PO Boxes.

Absolutely, every item we carry is handmade by us in our shop! We put our utmost care and attention into every detail of your order, and each order is quality checked by us before shipment.
